    The Slingshot Crisis V4 2024 Kiteboard has been known for a long time as Slingshot's most friendly all-rounder. The Slingshot Crisis is designed to guide beginners in gaining experience and to ensure progression for experienced twintip riders. The Slingshot Crisis is a twintip that's easy to ride. Its excellent upwind properties and forgiving flex, which has been improved this year thanks to the new thinner wood core, help riders of all levels make progress!

    Compared to the V3, the V4 from Slingshot offers a bit more flex thanks to the thinner Atomic Wood Core for an even smoother ride. Flat water, waves, or the most annoying chop - the Crisis V4 ensures maximum comfort. The underside of the kiteboard features a Single-Concave Hull. This single concave provides extra grip and enhances the upwind performance of the Slingshot Crisis V4, giving the kiteboard a predictable and versatile character. The duralight base provides additional strength thanks to the .2 mm base material. The material has the ideal strength-to-weight ratio, allowing you to enjoy a sturdy kiteboard season after season. The rails are made of Urethane, with Slingshot applying the rail directly to the core of the kiteboard in one go to maximize strength. The inserts are reinforced with carbon before being attached to the board, saving extra weight. These carbon-coated inserts also provide additional strength and a more consistent flex under your feet.

    VARIABLE FLYTECH LINES

    Completely new for 2024, the Variable FlyTech Lines are significantly thinner and stronger, significantly increasing aerodynamic efficiency and reducing weight. Created with an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene Dyneema® in a 12x SK99 weave, the Variable FlyTech Lines offer extremely low elongation, very high abrasion and UV resistance, and are pre-stretched to ensure they stay in tune from the first session to the last of the season. The ultra-static Variable FlyTech Lines come in two aerodynamically optimized diameters on the Sentry control bar: 1.8mm front lines and 1.6mm steering lines.

    We have reduced the diameter of the Sentry bar from 28mm to 26mm. This reduction allows the bar to comfortably settle into your hands' natural curve while also reducing weight and delivering a lively feel.

    SLIMTRIM DEPOWER CLEAT

    We have retooled and redesigned our depower cleat to be thinner and lower profile, providing a clutter-free, optimized field of view in a simple and easy to use package.     The Contour is our first-ever seat harness and great attention was placed in its design in order to address all the shortcomings of traditional seat harnesses (think: more like a climbing harness and less like a diaper). The key design element in the Contour is the sacrum adjustment plate, which utilizes Curv® material to bring our hard-shell harness DNA into a seat harness. The sacrum adjustment plate creates a tighter, more supportive fit along the sacrum by removing the gap that is present in most seat harnesses. Additionally, the Contour is far more compact than other seat harnesses, fitting lower on the hips for added freedom, and has a secure, easy-to-adjust belt entry and adjustable padded leg loops.
